Mouse Problems 2?

(Sorry the first one I explained it wrong.) So whenever I press a letter on the keyboard, and hold it down, I can't use my mouse. My mouse is frozen and it won't move. I have Windows 8.

Update:

I have a laptop with a touchpad.

    are you using a laptop? desktop?

    wired or wireless mouse?

    it's the 'Palm Check' feature, i'm not sure how to disable it on windows 8, you should be able to do it by following this:
