Can you get your visiom bqck in your teenage years?
When i was 9 my vision was great. Now ever since i was 13 i needed glasses. Is it possible for me get my vision back to normal?

You can get surgery go to an herbal shop they have great stuff to help with bison also tea bags help to green tea and eating carrots of course but go to an online herbal sight if you do not have herbal shops near you good luck

Tea, and carrots, and all of the other "quack" remedies you read about are useless.
Once your eyesight has changed, you cannot get it back to "normal".
When you are in your early twenties, and if your vision has been stable -- no changes -- you could consider laser surgery.
