Should I accept my companies counter offer?
I recently was offered a Job at a new company and they offered me a good raise over what I am making now. The reasons that I wanted to leave, was because of one worker who was not the nicest person in the world. I like the environment when this worker is not around and She left the company after I got this offer. After I told my company now about the offer, they came back with a counter giving me more money than the new company and more vacation days. Should I go with the counter?

Well you say yourself you like the environment now as she is gone, and you will get a better offer than the new company. In the new company you don't know if you will like it or not.
So it seems to me like staying would at least be the safest option. It will also show you're loyal, staying in the same company, which I guess counts for something. But it's really up to you.
