Is the function of the Police to provide jobs for physically incompetent women, or to provide a competent service to the public?

Some police departments have indeed been forced to accept women who do not meet the standards in order to create more female positions within the force. But hey, it's only people's safety that may be compromised as a result.

Gosh! I know a couple of policewomen and they are pretty fit. Although they might not be as tall or weigh as much as the males in the department, they can pretty much 'hold their own' when it comes to an altercation! I don't know where you are getting your information regarding a police bias toward women and against men both in hiring and in upholding the law. (Are aliens speaking to you through your aluminum foil hat?) I think you are ill-informed about this. Maybe you and I should agree to dis-agree about this!

I would love to see you challenge one. But you won't, will you? You're an armchair warrior. The truth is that if you really believed your misogynistic views were correct you would be out there publicly advocating them. But you're not. Because you're wrong and on the wrong side of history.
