Is it OK for women to enter the Police on lower physical standards than men & then to discriminate against men by refusing to believe them?

Actually the standards are lowered for both men, and women, and training, and conditioning on the job has been cut from the budget.

So.... reality is, it's irrelevant, the US police is fat, and out of shape(and the European police-forces aren't far behind), and that goes for more than 85% of all officers. The smart thing to do is to drop the test all together, and use that money to reinstate on the job training, and conditioning, it's estimated that solution would half the issues, and problems we see today.

    So in short:

There shouldn't be physical standard, because even the 'high-standard' today sucks, instead of that, they need to make fitness, and conditioning mandatory on the job(so the PD needs to pay to keep their officers fit).

Well, you have to understand the system, and how it's set up for the average male, and not the average human being, to make it fair, and not have to adapt, adjust, and over-come the standard it is now. It's o.k.

I'm not sure what you mean about the rest of this question, though, I'm sorry.

Men and women both need to have trust in each other, and to avoid being caught in the trap of making bad assumptions. We cannot build our dreams otherwise.
