How do the Police promote Domestic Violence?
They go into a situation with the mindset that the man is the perpetrator and the woman is the victim, so the man gets no help against violent women and learns that he has to reply on himself alone.

In America they are the #1 leaders in this. They promote it by leading by example same as they do for so much else that is wrong with America.

There are occasions where men are abused by women - but that hardly constitutes 'police promoting domestic violence'.
I've known a few women who were fully capable of either beating a man up (or at least giving it to them pretty hard) and it wouldn't be too difficult for them to lie to the police and act like they were the victim.
With that said, it's much more common for the woman to be the victim, and I can guarantee if I were a cop I would have a lot of difficulty not putting a bullet through the head of some drunken a-hole (especially if it was the third or fourth time I had been called out to their house, and the woman refused to press charges and/or leave the guy).
At the same time - there are also situations where a woman gets mad at a guy - claims abuse, the cops come out and arrest the guy, and she doesn't realize that once she calms down, she can't just 'take it back'.

in some ways i think the new law is not helpful. while i can see the benefits of the police prosecuting perpetrators of domestic violence without the victims consent it can have some harmful consequences. for example the penetrator can tell the victim to say that she lied in her statement and even if she didn't she might do so because she wants to be with him and therefore gets re victimised. the trouble is that you probably find it hard to understand what its like to be in this situation until you have found yourself in one. many women would say they would walk if a man ever hit them but until you find yourself in the situation you don't actually know. i am just trying to make your question have some meaning as obviously the police do not cause domestic violence at all.

Your update is idiotic and untrue in all incidents I have been a part of or observed in 29 years of police work.

Proof? This is a false accusation that has no validity in real life.
