Are Police biased against men?

Update:

1) Look at the page http://blackribboncampaign.host-ed.me/po... which indicates Police attitudes, although of course this does not apply to all police in all places. 2) Compare https://web.csulb.edu/~mfiebert/assault.... with arrest statistics.

    It's because the majority of crimes are committed by men. So the police are more likely to arrest a man than a woman. That's my theory anyway.
