How do I block my own email?

Update:

I'm getting too many forged emails from idiots using my own email address to try and bypass the spam filter.

When I try to add my email to blocked address's it says error 8

Pretty ridiculous I have to resort to blocking my own email to stop spam.

    There is no way to do that. It isn't possible to block your own account.
