Why do we need to teach boys to not rape specifically? and not girl?
Why isn't teaching children to treat people how they would like to be treated or to not abuse others boundaries enough?
Also both should be taught is poor answer. Those that agree with boys should be taught not to rape don't go around saying girls need to be taught or jump up and down that they aren't so what is the real reason? Please justify.

It's not enough because with the 2-income household, kids have developed a sub-culture, and that sub-culture is quite violent, and hostile towards individuals, it also has a very rigid hierarchy where boys make the rules, and girls are expected to give in.
Psychologically you really need to address that specifically, and even expose that sub-culture to get rid of that structural abuse that has developed over the last 30-40 years.
The people that support that program by the way, also want girls to be addressed, but because that sub-culture is about hierarchy, and it's run by older-boys, you need to have a different approach, an approach that promotes self-esteem, and self-awareness for girls, because telling them what to do, is part of the problem to begin with.
Sadly this is the reality of how our society came off the rails, but from a Psychological, and Sociological point of view, you need to learn Boys to stop physically enforcing dominance, and you need to learn Girls, to value themselves, and their bodies more.

"Why do we need to teach boys to not rape specifically? and not girl?"
We don't need to teach boys, or girls any such thing. It's just the proponents of such a system cannot see thier own bigotry whereby they accept these sorts of sexist, and discriminatory actions against males without any issues whatsoever, based only on large scale group statistics ...but would NEVER accept the same bigotry if it was directed at any other group.
To those people, who justify their bigotry by using statistics ... I ask if they would accept the idea that we need to teach girls not to abuse children ... since statistically there is a problem with women abusing children that is far greater than any other group? Would they accept that we need to teach Blacks not to commit thuggery or street crime .... since statistically this group is over-represented in this particular crime. Would they accept that we need to teach Jews to not swindle, or commit white-collar crimes, since statistically they are overrepresented there?
--can they see how offensive these targeted programs are ... when using large scale group dynamics that have no bearing on the individual?--
Yet they excuse this bigotry against "men", under the current ideals of political correctness. What we need to do, is teach those people that it is NOT acceptable to hold the bigoted and sexist idea that boys need to be taught not to rape.

Because boys are born with a natural rape instinct. Putting a man in a room alone with a woman is like putting a lion in a room alone with a deer. We need to teach boys how to resist that instinct.

Feminists are dumb. The whole 'teach boys not to rape' thing is dumb. Why? B/c it's already being done. It's implicit in the civilizing process. You don't touch people without asking. Pretty sure that covers rape.

It's a natural urge in males to spread their seed as far as possible...whereas females need to choose their mate carefully ... to be strong and intelligent so her children will have good genes....same in the animal kingdom....These behaviours are hard-wired into the different genders.

This is the key thing:
" teaching children to treat people how they would like to be treated or to not abuse others boundaries "
Yes this is the key problem with society. We still haven't "normalized" this as the basis for all interpersonal morality. And real ethical morality starts from this foundation.

We should teach both boys and girls the same otherwise it is sexist. We should not teach girls they can do no wrong.
