Am i losing weight?

So there is this app lose it that i downloaded and according to the app based on my height and weight my Cal intake should be 2400 something so if my daily calorie intake is less than 2400 will i lose weight even tough i don't get much exercise?

    You need to reduce your calorie intake to at least 500 per day LESS than the maintenance number. So, you need to eat 1900 calories per day or less, and 1900 is probably too high. Try 1400-1500.

    Thats way to many calories if you don't work out.

    Try 1500 calories because everyday you burn 1500 by doing nothing so if you do small workouts you'll lose weight.
