My Goldfish has a Red bump on its nose?

I found my goldfish and it has a huge red bump on its nose please tell me ASAP and is there any cure?

    Usually this happens when goldfish dont get enough oxygenated water. Its ammonia poisoning . At this point you need am75% water change and ammonia detoxifier

    That's normal. All gold fish grow that when they get older.
