I have a GoPro Hero session 4 but every time I take a time lapse, and I export it to my computer it's just a bunch of photos.?

    That's exactly what a time lapse is. You'll need to import the individual photos into software to make them into a movie.

    That is what time-lapse is... A bunch of pictures. You need to use video editing software to turn the images into a video.
