Am I being greedy by staying with him?

I found an amazing guy online recently. He s 29 I m 22. We both really like each other. I told him from the start I really want my own children. He has two with his ex wife. 2 and 4. I asked him about it after a few dates and he said he doesn t really want more children but he would for the right girl. He s been seperated from the ex for about two years and that went really sour. He says he doesn t want children now but maybe in ten years. He says he might be too old though. Is he just scared? He loves children. It bothers him he only gets his kids 6 days a month. Am I greedy for trying to keep him? I would really appreciate your opinions.
