I am curious why people who regard YouTube as a valid source of information believe they know about cancer treatments?

Update:

Interestingly, after 24 hours, still no-one who quotes YouTube regularly as a source of information has chosen to respond. Is this an admission that they are unable to validate their source as believable?

It's for the same reason the conspiracy nuts only look at youtube videos that make ridiculous claims that even a moderately intelligent person should be able to see aren't science. Perceptual bias, they only look for what they want to see.
