Except for the week or so that the majority of the main stream media admitted to and apologized for manipulating the info and being bias. From the election on they have been pretty much 24/7 bashing Trump so yes. It is on purpose, part of their plan.

Like a lot of agencies found out they no longer have the right communicate their finding, they have to pass through the White House political arm. They, not scientists have the right to determine what you know and you've paid for.
