Hemp/Cannabis/cbd oil experts?

Hi im interested in cbd oil because of its supposed powerful anti inflammatory properties. So i ordered cbd oil. And i tried it and i was disappointed because it didnt do much for me then i realized the label said it was Hemp derived. ???

Is there that much of a difference between hemp and more pure cannabis oils? Is the difference signifcant or not? Has anyone else failed with hemp and then succeded with pure cannabis? Thank you

( if it wasnt so expensive id try again already, need input from more experienced people if you think its worth it or not)

CBD oil is not the came as cannabis extract. It is cannabidiol, one of the components of cannabis oil with its own medicinal effects. Cannabis extract also contains THC which is responsible for the "high" marijuana users experience. CBD oil is good if you want to relax or have problems eating. I can also help with inflammation, although there are many causes of inflammation. CBD oil does not work on all of them.

that has not been academically proven to be true, most of the stuff you hear are from pseudoscience experts.
