Cons: do you stand up out of your seat and place your hand on your heart every time you see the national anthem on TV?

because if you don't but you complain about other people during the anthem, you're nothing but a hypocrite.

    Generally, commercials run during the national anthem, so we don't see it.

    I don't recall ever seeing it on TV.

    When I am at an event where it is played I always do.

    My neighbor was whining about the football players, my wife pointed out that they don't illuminate the flag at night or bring it in during the rain, now she's all butt hurt LOL.
