Will gaining 10 pounds of muscle slow me down?

So let me just start off with I weigh 103 pounds. I'm 18 years old and I have barely any body fat. Like I am basically just skin and bone with muscles I use to just move my arms. But I am pretty good at running fast. I am not bragging or anything but I ran 27.00 in the 200 at district finals but I didn't get to go to sectionals because obviously the other girls ran 26 and 25 but my goal in college is to run 25's. But i really hate my body. Like I use to weigh 115 pounds my freshman year and then my sophomore year I dropped down to 98 pounds. And ever since then I have been trying to gain weight. My junior year I weighed the most at 108 but then I dropped back down a couple of pounds and now I'm at 103. I want to weigh 115 and I'm working my way up there but I'm scared the weight will slow me down. Like I want to love my body but I also really love this sport and I care so much about it.

It depends on the distance you want to run, 100 and 200 meter sprinters look like body builders all muscle,

400 meter runners look athletic, while long distance runners look like they are starving.

A little Sesna prop plane might weigh 5,000 pounds and goes 300mph.

A giant Boeing 757 might be 300,000 pounds and go 2000mph.

There's that equation in physics where it takes an engine so heavy that will sink the boat to make to fast enough. I'm sure some track people can nerd out on it, but more muscle, more power doesn't make you slow.
