If God is responsible for the good, he is also responsible for the evil?

So why don't people say "Praise the Lord!" after mass shootings? And don't blame Satan, for God created him too, and should have known what he'd be up to

    God does not interfere with the poor use of the gift of free will. People make bad decision all the time. That's why there is crime.

    Believers always make god responsible for any disaster or catastrophe because it scares them to think sometimes $hit happens. Guy gets a gun and kills people, or drives a truck through a crowd, or an earthquake kills hundreds, and it's "god's will" or "the devil's work". Believing it was out of our hands makes it easier to take.
