Where do I get clothes for going out with my friends that are super cheap? Read description?
I'm in a city but I'm from a small town so all of my clothes are boots and clue jeans with t-shirts. I like to go to the bar with my friends but like they dress cute and I feel ugly. Like I want to dress for my own personal reasons. Like I want to look in the mirror and be like "Daaannnnggg" but I don't want to put off a vibe to dudes that I'm some sort of cheap hoebag. I just want to dance with my girlfriends and have fun. I could care less about guys because I have a boyfriend and I'm not a cheater.

Order cheap things on forever21 online. It’s easier to find things you like online for cheap and you could look up coupon codes.

Go to a thrift store. They have lots of clothes that were worn once and still look great, or that weren't sold in stores and so are being sold now. Super cheap, yet can be quite expensive originally.

First, you "couldn't" care less, not "could" care less. If you "could" care less, that means you care. If you don't care, then it would be impossible for you to care less, so you "couldn't" care less.
Regarding the clothes, ask one of your friends you think is a cute dresser and have her help you find some inexpensive clothes that make you look good.
You see, there are two problems: money and picking clothes. You think it's that you don't have the money to buy cute clothes, but you can actually find cute clothes for pretty cheap at outlet malls and even at regular malls on sale. What you need help with is finding clothes that look cute on you.
A university recently did a study where they had people rate photos of themselves and then had other people rate those same photos. It revealed that the photos people think they look best in are hardly ever the photos that other people think they look good in.
That's why actors and celebrities have image consultants. If you want to know what looks cute, you can't rely on what you think looks cute alone. You must solicit the advice of others and heed that advice even if your inclination is to disagree or doubt it.
