Can someone give me advice about falling for someone?
I work with the most beautiful girl who I have ever seen and when I first saw her. She blew me away. Beautiful, kind, funny, smart and PERFECT. Her boyfriend is one lucky man, but I have to be thankful that we're best friends and I just want her to be happy.
Also I heard through the grapevine that she fancies me, but she's been with her boyfriend now for 3 months and I don't want to step on anyone's toes.

This isn't really a situation i would want to be in. If you two are good friends then maybe you should just stay friends for now and see how her current situation goes. If she actually likes you and wants to be with you then she won't stay with her boyfriend for long. If you tell her how you feel right now though, it would only make her stress over it.

Ah, you love her. But are willing to give her up. Why? Do you know for a fact she is dating someone else? You need to speak with her if you really care and want her with you. Otherwise, it's over.
