I changed my citroen berlingo 1.9 engine to a reconditioned one. I fitted it and wiring but the diesel is not reaching the injectors?

Hi so the fact of why you needed a new engine never entered your head. the whole car was due for replacement so other parts like the high pressure injection pump also needed to be replaced. when cars and especially french cars need new parts like engines it is time to scrap it.

You have to prime the fuel to the injection pump.

Drain the fuel filter first and then locate the primer button. See the attached video. .

many diesel engines have to have the air purged from the fuel lines before starting for the first time. Look on the fuel filter for a 'pump' button ................................
