2001 never. 2012, what's to remember?
Edit: Oh, 2012 was Benghazi. How could I forget?

I was sitting watching the lunchtime news in U.K. when the first report came in of the atrocity involving the Twin Towers. It was difficult to accept that I was actually watching the news and not a fictitious film. My son was soon to start a shift in work and I ran upstairs to get him out of bed. We were glued to the T.V. until he had leave and nothing else was discussed for many days. That event, followed by the London bombings was a very frightening time for everyone. How one group of people can justify such hatred, violence and anger against another group still leaves me unable to understand it all.

I saw your comment! Karen Carpenter is good but at her prime Whitney who was one of Freddie Mercury's loved singers and who amazed Pavarotti when they sang opera had one of the richest, most feminine and powerful voices at her prime.

I will never forget 9/11/2001 because I watched it live!
As I will remember Benghazi (2012)!
I will also remember the contrast between the investigations mostly! It took the 911 victims families, backed by public opinion, to force the republican Congress to start the underfunded time limited($3 million dollars and 18 months) 911 commission more than a year after the attack!
Whereas the republicons started investigating Benghazi almost immediately after the attack! Then they spent years Investigating!!!
