I imagine we would all be pretty conflicted, given how politicized it would become, and suggest that the outcome would and should depend on the circumstances. It would be one thing if the man was simply passing her on the sidewalk and another if he was trying to force her to touch his penis.

Clint Eastwood in "Dirty Harry": "If a naked man is chasing a screaming woman down the alley waving a butcher knife he isn't collecting for the Red Cross."

All the NRA is trying to do is make money from the munitions industry. They don't care who buys, shoots, kills or dies so long as they get a cut.

Donkey ***. The only party that is sexist is the one that thinks it's perfectly fine to ruin a mans life with false allegations.

Depends on where it is it's in the middle of the mall going to have a hard time proving that ... most laws are contingent on you being 'reasonable' and having the actions of a reasonable person ...

Not at all. Why do you think that they would?

The NRA has never defended any unjustified shootings. They only defend Americans rights to keep and bear arms, as they should be able to. Plus they’re a nonprofit organization. They don’t get a dime for the work they do. Their entire goal is freedom preservation.

What the hell? You’re going insane.

More importantly, how would the left react?
