Does anyone care about Prince Andrew and Euginie ?
So prince Andrew is complaining about how most people didn't give a damn about yesterdays wedding.
On a weekday, with a bunch of people that everyone forgets are actually royals...

It's because Andrew ("Randy Andy") has always been such an a**. He has done some very questionable things, such as being involved with a pedophile and doing some shady business deals. His ex-wife, Fergie, has also made some extremely bad decisions in her lifetime that showed very bad judgment. They've raised their daughters to be entitled and jealous of Kate and William. He was determined to have a big show, and it would have been fine had he offered to pay for at least part of it. I feel bad for the Brooksbank fellow, because he's signed on to a life of being tangled up with these people.

It's Eugenie, and I taped the wedding and watched it tonight. I wanted to see her dress and the ceremony. Prince Andrew isn't the news figure he was decades ago, and William and Harry get much more attention than his daughters do, so maybe that's why he's put out.

The vast majority of us do not care about such an anachronistic system as royalty.

Princess Sarah Fergusson appears to care about both of them.

Well, quite a few people did care enough to turn out in wind and showers to see them. The royals have their fans and critics. I'm a critic, particularly when it comes to minor royals like Eugenie, but she made a lovely bride and like all brides deserved a day of happiness for her wedding.
I know that we have to spend our taxes on either a president or a royal family. I despise that it extends as far down the line as Eugenie, but I understand any head of state is going to cost us money.
So just let Eugenie enjoy her day and let those who like the pomp and circumstance enjoy it too. You don't have to engage in it at all, and trust me the government will have your taxes off you one way or the other. Don't make it all too personal.

Who? Oh yes, I remember them now, he was our roving trade ambassador, who made some very questionable business deals, even more questionable "friends" and loved golf so much that he would use a helicopter, costing thousands of £s a time, so that he could play his golf for an extra twenty minutes. The daughter was extensively photographed being carried from one university party to another, by two protection officers at great expense to the British taxpayer. They wonder why people have no time for them? I can't think why!
