    Being authorized no longer counts.

Authorized users do not show up on credit.

Do nothing. If you do something, then your score will be lower when you do get one.

A credit score is not part of the report.

"I got authorized on a credit card that has almost been open for 2 years. I got authorized about 7 months ago"

Are you saying that someone else opened a credit card account two years ago and added you as an authorized user seven months ago? If yes, then it's perfectly normal that this wouldn't affect your credit score at all. You are not the account holder. You are not required to pay the bill. ZERO credit has been issued to you.

The account holder has authorized you to use THEIR credit. That is not the same thing as being approved for and responsible for you OWN credit account.

ETA: Yes, you misunderstood. Being an authorized user on someone else's account has ZERO impact on your own credit score.
