Will I get approved for a Discover-It secured credit card?

I have no credit score. I am an authorized user on a credit card but the length of history is only 2 year for that card.

    Almost everyone qualifies for a secured card.

    Probably. Because there is no risk to them. You have to put cash up first.

    Authorized user does NOT build credit.
