Is there a sliding scale of charges for royal visits / openings. Obviously the Queen will be the most expensive.?

But where do all the others rank?

Wrong, Princess Anne would be the most expensive but well worth every penny.

For selected commercial projects a developer makes a significant undisclosed contribution to a charity of which the personage is patron. For anything else it is undertaken as a duty.

No. Royals don't charge for visits, appearances, or openings.
