Most Amish now own cars. The government doesn't accept paper tax returns. It just seems like Amish will die out or they will have to change their technology doctrine. I give them 100 more years and they will be all but gone

No. The Amish will go extinct due to inbreeding. Staying away from Facebook and other distracting technology isn't a bad idea but inbreeding will kill their line.
