    The 'new' car was sent down from Balmoral. He already owns it, so no.

    It was one of several on the royal estates, no need to pay for a new one.

    It wasn't a new one, specially bought after the accident, it was an existing new one sent from one of their OTHER estates. Oh how we in the other half live.
