Will police insist that Sir Prince Philip does a Driving Evaluation Test and cancel his licence if he won't do it as happens to peasants?

Police wont insist, they work for his wife. Somebody should buy him a rally car and he can use it in one of the forests he owns.

It's not like there isn't a standard in every country for when someone can no longer drive. One would imagine the family would insist on a driver before they'd have a doctor revoke his driving privileges. But here in the US I've seen elderly people have their licenses suspended by doctors over age related conditions that make them unsafe behind the wheel.

They should do and take it off him, he'd still be able to drive on private land without a licence so the need to drive up and down his estate won't be an excuse.

  • No, they only do that to obnoxious old farts that are a danger to themselves and the public.
