What does the future hold for the Duke now that he has admitted responsibility to the crash and publicly apologised. Will he be prosecuted?

Rah Chookie Embrah should not be allowed to drive on public roads. He can drive on the private roads of Sandringham Estate and etc.

This is the same Kraut who was hated by the Royal Navy and were glad to see the back of him when he married Kweenie person

What Duke? and why is this in "Netherlands"?

I imagine he will be sued for damages. ....or quietly write the other driver a nice check.

Prosecution is unlikely. He may simply be required to surrender his licence

He should be, but I doubt that it will happen. He should have his licence revoked as he has a total disregard for the law and other road users. Senile old fool should be stopped from driving before he kills somebody.

Oh please, the fact that his vehicle got rolled provides enough forensic evidence to prove that the other driver was at fault!!

What ever the outcome of this farce, one thing is unfortunately true, that Pamela is right, " no one in this country is going to prosecute a Prince of the realm, married to the Queen"

I think we all know this is true.

No wonder the royals approval ratings are in decline.

If he is at fault for causing the accident, I should think he should lose his license or something. I think they call it 'driving without due care and attention' or something like that. I think it is a bit absurd that he is driving on his own at his age, he should really have a driver.

I think there is a subtle difference between apologising that an accident had happened and admitting guilt. Every sane person would be sorry an accident had happened, even if blameless. I am NOT defending him in any way, I think he should have his licence taken away, even if it wasn't his fault. He clearly thinks that he is above the law, by driving on a public road without using a seat belt.

No, he broke no laws did he? except the one where he should have worn a seat belt, no one in this country is going to prosecute a prince of the realm, married to the queen!
