    Consider right now you CAN'T TRAVEL outside of your state, so the choice is LIMITED.

    I would pick Tokyo. New York's crime rate is skyrocketing.

    Tokyo if I could afford it. Going to New York would be cheaper.

    Tokyo. But I live in the US and have been to NYC many times. So it depends where you are from. Tokyo is fascinating- lots to see and do, and the food is great.

    visit new York its beautiful but here's a tip in big cities bring a mobile charger all the tall buildings drain the life out of your phone
