Are we now to see members of the Royal family in high viz jackets picking up litter on the capitals streets.?

If you believe what Prince William says in his most illuminated article in the Daily Mail, then ALL of the royals will become modern day Wombles.

Prince Charles’ old mistress Camilla sweeps up rubbish in the streets of London regularly as penance imposed by the Church for having the extramarital affair. No one notices her because of how she already looks like a rough-sleeping hag.

Perhaps, they are setting a good example for the rest of the people to follow.
