Is 2 VPNs and Tor good enough to visit or even host hidden services?
If my router has a built in VPN from Italy, and my computer is using a VPN from Hong Kong, and I use Whonix to browse the web? How safe am I?

Tor is monitored by the US army , but that's about it , it's doubtful they can track you after that
