    Because they like it better. I knew someone who was from Thailand, and she said most people from there do not like the taste of potatoes.

    Noodles taste great.They also eats of veggies, which helps them keep thin.

    Many different styles, along with the Chinese dumplings. You don't see too many fat Chinese, is that a clue to maintaining weight.
