Because a person's race is IRRELEVANT. There is no "risk" in having children with your spouse.

Married she is allowed to have sex with and breed with her husband. A lot do it without marriage too.

I am a white man who had an affair with a married Latina teacher at the school where I work who had two kids with her Latino husband. We ended the affair and she moved to teach at another school last summer. I saw her and her husband and kids at the mall in February. She now has a new baby!
