Help needed to reset bios of my Omen gaming laptop.?
When I switch the laptop on, the caps lock blinks in a pattern. The pattern is two long blinks and two short blinks. I know that this is a bios problem, as nothing else happens. The screen remains black. When I try the emergency combination key (windows + v), the power light blinks twice and a beep sound can be heard. But after that, the caps lock blinks again and the screen remains black. What can I do to fix this?

look up in the manual [it may be model specific] what this means and then take appropriate action.
my guess is "take it to a technician" ... because that's something you know how to do while reinstall operating system or replace dead hard drive isn't something you know how to do
