lightheaded-ness, then later Headache, extreme fatigue after dental anesthesia?

I am 61, Male, Went to dentist yesterday for regular check up. A filling had cracked and needed replaced. This is the first time I have had a procedure requiring numbing anesthetic in about 10 years. Procedure was quick and painless. I felt a little unsteady on getting up. But I did some shopping and errands and felt OK. About the time the numbness wore off - (2 hours or so) I had a headache and felt extreme fatigue, that lasted the remainder of the day. Feel fine today. Never had those effects before. Are those known effects with modern dental anesthetics?
