Has anyone else noticed that a backup they made for their Iphone was missing when they went to restore it?
Iphone I-tunes backkup 11:00am. Attached my computer to Icloud about 3-pm (using a different apple ID) Restore for Iphone missing backup?
It seems the Itunes does not respect backups using different apple ID's.

I also have two Apple iCloud accounts, but they are kept entirely separate: one is solely for work usage, the other is private.
But a few work colleagues have tried as you did with the same result, and I am not in the least surprised.
It would be a potential major security flaw if any iOS device which is NOT on the same iCloud account as the one which created the backup could restore from a “foreign” backup.

the backup was about 26megabytes - Don't think Icloud was active long enough to make such a transfer over the wireless and I disconnected I cloud because it seemed to lock my computer from working. Also Icloud only gave 5 megabytes of storage - so there is no way it could go there.
