Do u think I could get off of P.E this way?
Ok so this isn’t exactly for P.E., it’s for my health class and after my spring break we are gonna have to go to the locker rooms and change and then play soccer or some game or whatever on the field, that’s fine, with another PE class, which gives me anxiety, but my last semester of school, I had P.E. clas, which I didn’t take or attend to at all because I got my mom to send a note for the school to excuse me out of it, which I appreciate since I have really bad anxiety when it comes to that. So I was wondering that since a note excused me from that, could it also make its way and excuse me from participating in this health Unit or whatever? Like really I know it seems something so trivial but it reall doesn’t give me anxiety just going out there and being awkward on the soccer field with other kids, I rather just not do anything, but Idk, pls help

Unless you have some medical excuse, it does seem like schools do push people into phys ed, like it or not. It's sort of a way of telling people they must acknowledge their physical strengths as well as their mind.

Except for the athletically gifted every teenager is worried about looking awkward. Are you more worried about changing clothes in the locker room?
You should.learn to do things that you don't like. Your mom can't be writing notes for you to get out of things you don't like for the rest of your life.
BTW your question is really hard to follow. What is "health unit" have to do with P.E?

Try it before you decide that you're so beset with anxiety that you can't cope.
And if that's the case, see a therapist. Notes from your mom are not going to see you through life. The reality is that life is filled with anxiety-provoking moments. You have to learn to deal with them. Therapy will help.

It really does*** give me anxiety just going out there and being awkward, (this is the only way I can edit, by answering my own question)
