How do I use food stamps without showing my face?

I bought some food stamps this homeless guy was trying to sell. I got over a hundred dollars worth of groceries for 20 bucks.

Anyways, the problem is it is sooooo embarrassing to go to the grocery store and pay for my groceries with coward stamps.

Should I tell the cashier that I purchased the food stamps from a homeless guy, so that she knows I am not a coward government bum.

What you did was illegal chances are if you are caught using foodstamps that isn't yours you could face jail time because it is in the eyes of the law it's considered fraud, and technically food stamps don't exist it's all on card now usually called EBT (I grew up with my family using the original foodstamps til they switched to the EBT card).

Go to a grocery where you will never be again.

You go right ahead and tell her. You can be arrested and jailed for buying food stamps that way.

Yeah, food stamps haven't worked that way since the early 90s.

What you did was a crime, go ahead and admit it to the cashier, let her call the police on you.

Food "stamps" are almost ALWAYS in the form of a debit-like card these days, so unless you bought them from a homeless person in the 1970s, your story is probably just that: a story.

I hope you 're trolling. That's illegal as well as a very low-life kind of thing to do.
