Please recommend authors comparable to Philip Pullman (The Golden Compass) but with less New Age/New Thought influence.?

    Pullman's books are not "New Age". I wouldn't call them influenced by New Thought either, since Pullman is an agnostic and even an atheist. He's called himself both, and many people see him as an atheist. Atheism does NOT describe New Thought.

    Did you mean "New Atheism"?
