What is the best time of year from now through Christmas/Jan to visit Liverpool?

    Best time to visit is during summer because of the warm weather.

    I enjoy the cold actually, so that wont deter me. But wondering what time of year is the most fun. Or best time to meet other people while there.

    For instance if someone had never been to LA, I would say its always great, but REALLY great in summer months, as you cant always swim in the winter.

    Any extra special time, OR times where there are more locals than tourists everywhere. Thanks
