make sure IE or Edge are both closed before opening Internet Options.

and be sure to click OK at the bottom of Internet Options BEFORE opening the browser again.

if you are using Edge, it has its own settings inside the app...

You can change the home page in any browser to whatever you want it to be. It will be a little different process in each browser but if you had told us what browser you use then we could have told you the steps. It isn't hard at all.For example in Chrome go to settings and a little ways down before you get to Advanced you will see Appearance and under that a line that says Show Home Button/change. Just click on change and put whatever home page URL you want in and save it. This may vary a little in different versions of Chrome.

Try Settings in your browser. Look for Homepage.

Don't use IE as a browser program. Others are available, might be better.
