What should i do about a coworker who wont stop harrasing me?

I am a manager at a business. I have a employee who is suing the company and claims i did nothing about harrassment she recieved. I did everything in my power. Now she comes into the retail company i work for almost every day talking to employees who still works with us. She gives me dirty looks and is demanding she gets special shifts and doesn't habe to work with me when she comes back. She also calls the health dept wanting them to audit the store. This has created so much stress on my everyday life. Can i sue this person for emotional distress? Any advice would help

You report it to HR. Someone who has an active lawsuit against the company should not be actively coming onto company property and provoking problems. Report her every time she enters the property.

Basically, she should be banned from the property until the lawsuit outcome has been determined.

this employee's conduct needs to be documented starting NOW. Then, and only then, will you have a clean separation. Yes, you need to let this woman go.

File a counter suit against her, fire her and ban

Her from the business. Sue for stress and problems she creates or business costs or cash lost

Due to her misinforming your workers and undermining your business.

You company should have HR and Legal departments. If not, the owner should have legal council he refers to when needed. This situation is well beyond your ability to fix. Refer to legal and follow their advice.
