Can you fly if you fall off the plane in the air force?

Hey Military Navy people free fall is NOT flying! And a parachute does not fly, but red bull does give you wings!

Thank you all for answering. I have to take care of my senile old dog who pees in his Old Navy Pants and his Old Navy high heel shoes! He needs to take his anti-psychotic meds now. Its hard to keep him still, you see, he hates carpeting!!! Poor Joker the dog he kept blabbing ninefinger, ninefinger, ninefinger, and I had to call emergency.
