No, not all questions eventually get an answer. If a question goes unanswered for a week, it's deleted.

No, some of my questions have never been answered but I'm not aware that any have been deleted for that reason as one person suggests happens.

Answerers choose which questions they ( think they) can answer. So some stupid or difficult questions don get answered.

If a question is a violation of Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, it may be reported and removed before it gets any answers.
