Should a woman who falsely accuses a man of rape face the same sentence HE would have if he had been found guilty?

    And not just women and not just for rape, anybody (man or woman), where there is no doubt who is found guilty of falsely and maliciously accusing somebody of a serious crime should face the same sentence (if not greater) as their intended victim would have faced if found guilty.
