Farmers, ranchers and landowners have long complained about the over-broad interpretation of waterways. Irrigation canals, ponds and seasonal arroyos came under control of the EPA. It was an interpretation that only a pencil-neck like Obama and his ilk could come up with. LOL

Actually Flint was caused by the EPA, that's why you never heard about it under Obama or Trump. Flint is and has been controlled by democrats for decades. The bigger government gets, the more things get covered up.
